PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on a high floor, the apartment opens onto a spacious entrance hall leading to the various living areas.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment. It features a lounge with large sofas and a dining area, all oriented towards the sea. Wide openings provide seamless access to the south-facing terrace, furnished with dining area and offering uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean and the Lérins Islands.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with direct access to a second terrace on the north side.
The sleeping area is arranged as follows:
A first bedroom, fitted with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), is accessible in particular via a sliding door from the living room. It features a desk, the same sea view as the living area, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. This bathroom also opens onto the hallway of the night area.
Along this same hallway is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), benefiting from its own shower room with WC.
From the entrance, a third independent bedroom is arranged with a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC.
The layout allows each guest to enjoy a private space while maintaining smooth and comfortable circulation throughout the apartment.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
