PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is arranged over three levels.
On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Large openings lead directly onto the terraces and garden.
This level also includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm), one of which benefits from its own en-suite bathroom.
A shower room with WC and a separate guest WC complete this floor.
Outside, the terrace features an outdoor dining area and a garden lounge, all overlooking the surrounding greenery. The 19-metre swimming pool naturally forms the focal point of the property.
Upstairs, the principal suite offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a private terrace extended by a balcony. A study completes this level.
In the basement, a studio apartment with independent access from the exterior includes a double bed (140x190 cm) and a shower room with WC.
The overall atmosphere is that of a true holiday home, with numerous spaces designed to allow everyone to enjoy both comfort and privacy.
