The bright and spacious living area, thanks to its numerous French windows, is divided into three large spaces:

On the same floor, a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm), ample closet space, and a small ensuite shower room. (No air conditioning here, but the room is minimally exposed to direct sunlight, remaining cool even in summer!)

First Floor:

The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160cm), closet, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with a lovely view of the pool and hills.
The second bedroom features two separate and extendable beds, along with a closet.
Finally, a bathroom with toilet completes this first floor.

La Roquette-sur-Siagne village, a 7-minute drive
Pégomas area, an 8-minute drive

Reach Cannes, its Palais des Festivals, ice cream parlors, and sandy beaches in under 20 minutes.
Visit the perfumeries of Grasse and shop at the Place du Jeu de Ballon in the old town, also within 20 minutes.
