PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The property boasts a large outdoor space featuring a beautiful heated pool nestled on the hillside and a furnished terrace with an outdoor living area, garden furniture, and four sun loungers. Enjoy breathtaking views extending to the sea and a south/southwest exposure to make the most of the sunshine, with a few shaded areas for respite.
The house, elegantly styled both inside and out, spans two floors.

GOOD TO KNOW : The pool is heated only from April, the 15th to October, the 15th

On the ground floor, the spacious living area includes:

A dining area designed to accommodate 10/12 people

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed (180cm), a dressing room, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, bathtub, and Japanese WC).

The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160cm), a smart TV, and a dressing room.
The fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a dressing room.
