PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is located in a fully secured residential domain spanning 100 hectares in the hills above Mandelieu, with 24/7 surveillance.
Upon arrival: a covered parking area for two cars in tandem and a closed garage for two more. From this level, access the main floor via a staircase or private elevator.
On the main level, the entry opens to a hall with a coat closet. The southwest-facing living room offers panoramic sea and hill views and a TV lounge.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee station. A large table accommodates eight guests for meals.
All living areas open onto a wraparound terrace, which leads to the tiered garden and pool.
