PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the 2nd and top floor of a traditional building, the apartment of 100 m² opens onto an entrance hall that harmoniously distributes the spaces.
The living area consists of a spacious lounge bathed in light thanks to the wide bay windows that surround it, giving the room a unique character.
It includes a sofa, TV, dining area, and a large fully equipped open kitchen. This space extends onto a terrace and a balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.
The night area includes:
A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and direct access to the terrace.
A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, standard TV, balcony access, and an en-suite shower room with WC.
A third bedroom with a queen-size bed and balcony access.
A second shower room and a separate WC are also located along the corridor.

From Nice Airport: approx. 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the sought-after residential district of Alexandre III, midway between the city center and the tip of La Croisette.
Beaches: 10 minutes on foot, both public and private beaches along the Cannes seafront
La Croisette: 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot, the iconic promenade lined with palaces, luxury boutiques, and restaurants
Port Canto: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, ideal for a stroll among yachts or a dinner facing the sea
Rue d’Antibes: 5 minutes by car, the main shopping street with international brands and independent boutiques
Palais des Festivals: 8 minutes by car, host of major international events
Forville Market: 10 minutes by car, a must for fresh produce, local specialties, and Provençal ambiance
Lérins Islands: ferries depart from Quai Laubeuf, 12 minutes by car followed by a 15-minute crossing to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
