Situated on the top floor of a prestigious residence with 24-hour concierge, the apartment opens onto a West-facing living room, thoughtfully furnished with two sofas, a TV, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light while providing direct access to the terrace.

The terrace, the jewel of the property, offers a truly exceptional panorama on the hills, Cannes, the Mediterranean, and the Lérins Islands. Outfitted with a dining table and a comfortable seating area, it is perfect for enjoying every moment, from sunrise to sunset.
East-Facing Bedroom Wing
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), ample wardrobe space, and a private balcony. It also benefits from an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.
West-Facing Bedroom Wing
A second bedroom is appointed with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a private shower room, oriented towards the sea to maximise views.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
