PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is arranged over three levels, all connected via an elegant central staircase accessed from a welcoming entrance hall.
Ground floor
The main living area comprises a spacious lounge with pellet stove, a dining room and a library corner.
Large openings lead out to the garden, arranged with an outdoor lounge, a dining area with two gas barbecues, and the 4×9 m salt-water pool (maximum depth 2.5 m).
The independent kitchen is fully equipped.
This level also includes an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200 cm), dressing area, shower room and WC, as well as a separate guest WC.
Upper floor
A second en-suite bedroom, also featuring a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a shower room with WC, and access to a private west-facing terrace.
Lower floor
Two additional bedrooms complete the sleeping quarters:
One en-suite bedroom with a double bed (140×200 cm), connected TV, dressing and a shower room with WC
The master suite with king-size bed, dressing, shower room with WC and direct access to the garden
On this level, you will also find a fully equipped fitness room (elliptical trainer, walking pad, mats and small equipment), a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink.
The outdoor area is spacious and pleasant, though it comes with an important particularity: a road passes beneath the property, generating a noticeable noise level when in the garden, offset by the soothing sound of the fountains, which makes the overall experience more pleasant.
