PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located within an elegant residence with a swimming pool, set in a peaceful environment while remaining close to the city centre.

The bright living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area. The entire space enjoys sea views and direct access to the south-facing terrace, furnished to enjoy meals or moments of relaxation overlooking the Mediterranean.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, functional, and well suited to everyday use.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:

• A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), sea view, and an en-suite shower room with WC

• A second bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm)

• A second shower room with WC is accessible from the hallway

The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings and high-quality amenities.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
