PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is arranged over two levels, with a well-balanced layout between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
On the ground floor, the main living area is organised into several distinct spaces.
The lounge features a comfortable sofa area with a large-screen television.
Adjacent to it, the dining area accommodates up to 6 guests.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for everyday cooking.
Also on this level, a first bedroom with a double bed benefits from its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the exterior and the pool area.
A utility room is located behind the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises three bedrooms:
A spacious master bedroom of approximately 30 sqm, featuring a dressing room, a bathroom with shower, double washbasins, WC, and access to a private terrace
Two additional bedrooms, each with their own shower room, storage space, and outdoor access
A separate WC is also located on this floor
Outside, the garden is flat and well maintained.
The swimming pool is heated from June through September.
A shaded outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue allows for comfortable lunches and dinners in the cool.
