From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by the garden, thoughtfully arranged with a relaxing seating area in a bohemian style, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of day.

Inside, the living area combines a sofa space with a foldaway bed (140x190 cm), as well as a smart TV. The layout is simple and functional, perfectly suited for an independent stay.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: hob, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for everyday cooking.

A shower room with WC completes the property.

The apartment is designed to provide everything essential for a comfortable stay.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
