From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into the main living area.
The lounge offers a spacious, open-plan layout with sea views, along with a dedicated dining area.
Extending from this space, the open kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for everyday cooking.
Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto a first terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors with unobstructed views of the sea.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), sea views, an en-suite bathroom with WC, and direct access to the terrace
A second bedroom, also fitted with a queen-size bed, benefiting from its own private terrace
A second shower room with WC completes the layout.
From the main terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop.
Here, a lounge area and a summer kitchen have been arranged, offering sweeping sea views, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing at the end of the day.

Mouré Rouge beaches: approx. 8 minutes on foot. A more residential and relaxed area, with easily accessible beaches ideal for a morning swim or a quiet evening by the sea
Mouré Rouge harbour: approx. 8 minutes on foot. A charming local port, pleasant for seaside walks and access to nearby beaches
Port Pierre Canto: approx. 12 minutes on foot. A lively marina with restaurants, boat departures, and direct access to La Croisette
La Croisette: approx. 14 minutes on foot. Cannes’ iconic promenade, lined with hotels, private beaches, and renowned establishments

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
