PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a building without a lift.
From the entrance, you step directly into the main living area.
The living room features a sofa, smart TV and dining area, all opening onto a south-facing continuous balcony.
The open-plan kitchen extends from the living space and is fully equipped, blending naturally into the layout.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200 cm), smart TVs and wardrobes
A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), also equipped with a smart TV and storage
Two shower rooms, each with a WC, complete the apartment.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Please note: the immediate proximity to the train station and railway tracks may result in some noise when windows are open.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway
From Cannes train station: 2 minutes on foot

Cannes train station: 2 minutes on foot. Direct access to trains to Nice, Monaco or Antibes, convenient for travel without a car
Rue d’Antibes: 3 minutes on foot. Shops, boutiques and cafés within immediate reach
La Croisette: 6 to 8 minutes on foot. Seafront promenade lined with beaches, luxury hotels and high-end boutiques
Beaches: 6 to 8 minutes on foot. Easy access to both public beaches and private beach clubs
Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 8 to 10 minutes on foot. Venue for major international events such as the Film Festival, MIPIM and Cannes Lions

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
