PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building with elevator access.

The living room features a comfortable sofa area with a smart TV, as well as a dining space.

Adjacent to the living area, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for everyday cooking.

The living space opens onto both a balcony and a terrace, where an outdoor dining area and a small lounge have been thoughtfully arranged.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV.

Two shower rooms complete the layout, one of which includes a WC, in addition to a separate guest WC.

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 5 minutes on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
