The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
From the entrance, you step into a living area defined by its impressive ceiling height.
The living room features a lounge area with a smart TV, extended by a south-facing balcony fitted with two small tables and chairs.
The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space and is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking.
The sleeping area on the main level includes:
A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm) and its own small balcony
A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm)
A shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the mezzanine.
There, you will find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a dedicated office space.
The layout offers a smooth and functional flow, with a refined Bauhaus-inspired design that is both structured and understated.

From Cannes train station: approximately 4 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot

Rue d’Antibes: 7 minutes on foot. Cannes’ main shopping street, ideal for strolling between boutiques, cafés and more discreet local addresses
Swimming pool and tennis: 9-minute walk. Montfleury swimming pool and Cannes Montfleury tennis club
La Croisette: 10 minutes on foot. A seafront promenade lined with beaches, luxury hotels and restaurants, enjoyable at any time of day
Beaches: 10 to 12 minutes on foot. Quick access to both public beaches and private beach clubs right by the sea
Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 15 minutes on foot. The city’s central hub, hosting major international events and conferences throughout the year

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee.
Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
