The villa is arranged over three levels, all accessible via elevator.
The main floor features a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen with adjoining utility room.
This level also includes a private cinema room, as well as the master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom featuring a hammam shower and WC.
An independent guest WC completes this floor.
On the first floor, four additional bedrooms are arranged as follows:
One en-suite bedroom with queen size bed (160x200 cm), dressing room, and shower room
A second queen size bedroom with wardrobe and private shower room
A third bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) and en-suite shower room with WC
A fourth bedroom currently arranged as an office, featuring a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and its own bathroom
An additional independent WC is also located on this level.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a fully air-conditioned gym with direct access to the garage, as well as the laundry room and an independent WC.
The rooftop terrace features a jacuzzi overlooking both the property and the spectacular surrounding panorama.
The outdoor amenities continue with a fully equipped summer kitchen including a gas barbecue, an adjoining shower room with WC, a stunning mirror-effect swimming pool, and a pétanque court.
