PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the garden level, the apartment benefits from a completely independent entrance directly from the street.
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the private garden that wraps around the property. Several outdoor areas have been thoughtfully arranged, including a dining space and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
From the garden, you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with all the essentials for preparing everyday meals.
Beyond the kitchen, the main living area features two single beds (120x190 cm), a smart TV, and reversible air conditioning.
This room leads to the bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The bedroom also connects to a comfortable lounge area with a sofa and relaxation corner, creating a fluid and inviting living space.
The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
A separate WC completes the accommodation.
The apartment stands out for its unconventional décor, inspired by a bohemian and artistic aesthetic, blending vibrant colours, natural materials, and carefully sourced decorative pieces.
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with an alarm system.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
