The villa is arranged over three levels and offers spacious interiors throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find a first lounge area, a dining room, and a large fully equipped kitchen with its own dining space. An independent guest WC completes this level.
The first floor hosts the main sleeping quarters.
The master suite features a large walk-in dressing room as well as a bathroom with shower, double vanity, and WC.
A second bedroom also benefits from its own bathroom with shower and WC.
A third bedroom is fitted with a single bunk bed and connects directly to the dressing room.
A laundry room with WC is also available on this floor.-On the top level, an additional independent bedroom features its own equipped kitchenette and a shower room with WC.
This level also reveals a vast space surrounded by large bay windows, arranged around a bar area with large-screen TV, a lounge, and a dining area, all enjoying unobstructed sea views with complete privacy.
From this space, you have direct access to the rear garden, where the swimming pool, pool house, sauna, summer kitchen, and several outdoor lounge and dining areas create an ideal setting for relaxing and entertaining.
The décor combines the charm of this traditional Cannes residence with more contemporary materials and carefully selected furnishings.
The villa offers one parking space within the property as well as a second space directly opposite.
